It's 29 Dec 2016 - just few more days and we say goodbye to 2016 and hello 2017.
As we prepare to move into a new year, we may try to make resolutions so that our lives, our habits, our attitudes, our outlook will be better.. perhaps more disciplined, more committed, more hopeful.
And sometimes we come out with greetings to usher in the new year with positiveness and optimism...
.. and hope for a better year.
Well this year, actually a few days ago, I received this beautiful gift ~

Let me quote the synopsis at the back of the book:

I decided to start with Psalm 139 - one of my favourite Psalms.
AND SO
this is how I would like to usher in the new year
with these few pictures and verses from Psalm 139.
Before 2017 begins, Lord, You know it all.
Just as our lives are in Your hands, so too our future.
THERE IS HOPE IN OUR FUTURE WHEN GOD IS IN THE PICTURE
When our hearts are filled with thankfulness and gratitude,
our outlook to life will not only be different,
IT WILL BE WITH HOPE
In the coming year when you experience "bumps" in your life's journey,
remember verses 9 & 10 of Psalm 139 because
THERE IS HOPE FOR THE FUTURE
